A Body's Purpose

This act explores the "purpose of a body". I explore themes of being a woman on stage, a woman in modern society, and my personal belief that a body is not to be kept on a pedestal but instead used and loved in order to find personal fulfillment. This contortion and hand balance act is performed on the ground and also on a box to a soundscape of spoken word, sounds of humans in space, and sounds from the natural world.
