In 2018, Cirque du Soleil Casting paired soloists Reed Kelly and Jack Dawson together and Two Fathoms was formed.

Since their inception, Two Fathoms have performed for Isuzu (Bangkok, 2019) at their International Grand Gala in collaboration with AnyStage Productions. During the 2020 pandemic they participated in the Online Festivals: "Little Big Top" and "Circus International Film Festival" with their short film, "Kismet".

Two Fathoms was also the focus of a 2020 international in-depth feature (TV and online) by CNN and CNN International; sharing their story as a circus duo -- persevering through the challenges of the "new normal" Covid19 has brought upon the world.

Two Fathoms originated the role of "Gemini" (aerial straps) on the first Australian tour of "Oracle: The Myth" by Bass Fam Creative, in addition to dancing and other featured roles throughout.

Having performed at the Arts Center Melbourne; The Princess Theatre, (Brisbane); and The Octagon in Adelaide Fringe Festival 2022; all these performances were met with much critical and audience acclaim for Two Fathoms as a "stand-out, one-of-a-kind, international act". (See press for more.)

Two Fathoms completed their second Australian tour of "Oracle: The Myth” with its four-week season at The Athenaeum (Melbourne), then culminating at the Sydney Opera House for the first two weeks of August 2022.

Immediately following "Oracle: The Myth", Two Fathoms joined chanteuse Bernie Dieter in opening "Club Kabarett". Performing aerial straps, contortion, dance, and lyra in the Magic Mirrors Spiegeltent at The Rocks in Sydney, Australia for a six-week season (Aug 15 - Sept 25); then continued forward with the company for another four-week season, participating in the Melbourne Fringe Festival (October 2022).

Most recently, Two Fathoms opened Spiegelworld's newest resident show, The Hook, at Caesars Atlantic City in spring 2023. There they are performing until they take their final flight as the Sailors on May 14th, 2024.
