Aerialists of all levels are invited to join our Aerial Choreography Workshop which will explore dancing in the air, interpretive movement and how interactions on the Silks can be used to express emotions. You will be guided through practical exercises including: group dynamics, contact exercises with objects and floor, contemporary dance, improvisation and flow on silks, exploring different ways to express yourself. Discover movement theories from some of the great names of contemporary world dance that have influenced this artistic expression, helping us to understand more about ourselves, body and mind connection.
