AERIAL SKILLS RETREAT WEEK - Circus Events - CircusTalk
Do aerial all day, every day in beautiful Vermont with the coaches you love! Select from a main focus on trapeze, aerial fabric, lyra or rope, then pick from a variety of other aerials and circus skills for your other 2 training areas each day. The schedule includes a warm up, apparatus time split into skill levels, and workshops on injury prevention, rigging basics and conditioning.

For those who want the full Vermont experience we’ll add in a bonfire night, dinner at a restaurant on the river and morning run/walk or meditation time along the river path.

Aerial Skills Week and Circus Skills Week run simultaneously, so participants can sample activities from each focus if they want to try something different.
