Ensemble is an application-based camp. No video audition needed. Campers will be asked to fill out a questionnaire during the registration process. Registration opens November 1, 2018. Who Should Apply: This two-week session is for youth who already have some experience with the circus arts. It provides a solid foundation in the circus disciplines to prepare students for advanced skills in tumbling, juggling, aerial arts, and more. Campers benefit from additional time in the circus tents throughout the day, without missing out on the fun afternoon and evening activities. A final circus performance will be presented to visitors on the last day of camp. The first week, campers will focus on their individual circus training during morning and afternoon classes. The second week, campers will be dedicated to creating and performing a group show. Campers in this program will enjoy afternoon and evening activities outside of the circus tents, in addition to two evenings per week participating in open tent time. This session will give campers challenging circus training and performing experiences, as well as allow them to enjoy traditional Smirkus Camp activities. The ensemble will perform their final choreographed show for family and friends on the final day of the session.
