Learn the nitty gritty technique of building a funny show! In this 4-week workshop with professional clown Mark Gindick (from Cirque du Soleil, Big Apple Circus and Ringling Brothers & Barnum & Bailey Circus) we'll focus on building bits, investigating inspiration and structure, and fine tuning the funny. At the end you'll have a brand new piece to perform, personally coached by one of the most successful clowns around! Prerequisite: Must have at least some performing arts experience (circus, dance, theater, clowning, etc.)
