You will come out of this workshop with new tools for training, and hopefully a new perspective on handstands, too. This workshop will partner with the “Creative Hand Balancing” workshop scheduled for January, which will address creative and performative aspects of the hand balancing form.

VERTICAL DANCE w/ Nimble Arts
A unique workshop where we dance on the walls and change the rules of gravity! Using harnesses and rope tools from rock climbers and arborists, you’ll learn the grace and weightlessness available when we turn the world on its side. This workshop is excellent for any movers curious to dance and tumble with a weightlessness that allows for softer impacts and a more gentle way of flipping and flying.
