Norwich-based writer and performer, K.J. Packer, will be discussing
his novel "Ring Master" at Mulbarton Words Week on 5th June. Set
in a Victorian travelling fair, it is the story of a young woman
tightrope walker who crosses the River Thames between Battersea
and Cremorne Gardens – inspired by a real event, by Selina Young
aka Madame Genevieve, in 1861.
