Lauren Abel (she/they) is multidisciplinary performer and scholar. They have a BFA in Musical Theatre from UCF and an MA in Theatre and Performance Research from FSU. Lauren recently began their journey in the world of circus arts while performing with the FSU Flying High Circus and hopes to continue when they move to Brooklyn this August. Recent performance credits include The Fantasticks (The Studio Theatre), The Jungle Book (Orlando Shakes), and Camelot (Atlanta Lyric Theatre).
