CircusTalk welcomed Melissa Mellon to the team in January. Melissa is based in Philadelphia, adding another pin to our map of remote staffers! As Sales and Membership Acquisition Manager, Melissa is the friendly point of contact for our diverse membership base as well as advertisers.

Melissa has a degree in theatre from movement and ensemble-based Juniata College as well as a degree in social media and marketing from Parsons The New School. She has worked in sales and management for many years, and in addition to her role at CircusTalk, she is a coach and social media manager for the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts. We’re excited to relaunch our interactive online ProTalks with international experts, including professional talent seekers, creative leaders, and industry innovators. ProTalks are scheduled every second month and are free for Pro members––another great reason to upgrade. In other important content news, Shenea Stiletto’s new season of Think Like an Acrobat is on its way, and we have three new series launching this year, the first of which lands in March: Physical Health with Yasmine Mucher.
