Live Like An Acrobat Podcast Ep. 28- Whitney Houston Tribute Artist Ikenna Amaechi

To celebrate the closing of Black History Month on the Live Like An Acrobat Podcast, host Shenea Stiletto interviews the sensational German-Nigerian Whitney Houston Tribute Artist Ikenna Amaechi. Ikenna was a special guest in the famed black soul production of All Night Long at the The Wintergarten Variete in Berlin, Germany. Ikenna has additionally in most recent years performed his own open air concerts as a Wintergarten Headliner. One of the most notable events of Ikenna Amaechi’s career was when his stunning photo as Whitney Houston was used by mistake on the Piers Morgan show on CNN during his interview with LL Cool J discussing the tragic passing of the star. Ikenna Amaechi received global fame and recognition with the use of the photo; which circulated all over the world as the representation of the famed songstress.

Her career includes a decade of collaborations with Cirque Du Soleil including the coveted hand balancing role as "The Promise" in Varekai, becoming the first-ever African American female soloist to play a lead character in a Cirque Du Soleil production.
Shenea was also a finalist on America’s Got Talent and has continued to be a featured artist with prominent circus entertainment companies worldwide.
