World Circus Day Celebrated in Mexico City with 12-hour Circus Show
For 12 continuous hours, circus art directors from Mexico and other countries, will meet in Mexico City on April 22, to celebrate World Circus Day. The event will start at 10:00 a.m. and conclude at 10:00 p.m., during which more than 50 completely free recreational activities will take place for the public, such as workshops, competitions and circus acts.
The celebration will take place at Periferico Oriente, between Avenida Social Revolution and Rafael Martínez Street, in the colony Constitución de 1917.
The area will be fenced off for visitors’ safety, various stages and tents will be installed where the public of all ages are invited to participate in each of the workshops, where circus professionals will showcase acrobatics, juggling, stilts, hula hoop and diabolo for beginners…
