LIBERTANGO por TANGO AEREO

TANGO AÉREO was founded in 2008 by its actual artistic director Agnese Vanaga as a result of investigation process together with founders of the biggest Argentinian aerial theatre show Fuerza Bruta y De La Guarda.

TANGO AÉREO combines the passion and elegance of Argentinian Tango with the magic of the flight. TANGO AÉREO productions have been performed: at the biggest cena show of Buenos Aires “Señor Tango”, from 2011; in San Carlos de Bariloche “Tango circus” 2013; in “Julia”, show of Guy Carón ( founder and artistic director of Cirque du Soleil) and Rotterdam’s philharmonics, 2015; In “Tango night”, Jurmala 2017; in “Fuego” by Salto Natale 2017/2018; in "Tango Without Blood", Latvian National Theatre 2018; in "Tu Si Que Vales", Roma 07.2018.

Agnese Vanaga is dancer, physical theatre actress, choreographer and teacher in aerial dance, tango and contemporary partner work.https://agnesevng.wixsite.com/website. She has got a BA degree in Choreography from Latvia Culture Academy and MA in dance from Theater Academy of Finland. Agnese has been working with dance and theater companies around Europe and Latin America apart from her own productions. Currently Agnese is teaching at the Latvia Music Academy and working as a Choreographer at the National Theatre of Latvia.
