Aerial Yoga Workshop
Date: Sunday April 2nd, 2023 Time: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm Cost: $30.00 + GST Registration Deadline: March 27th at 11:59pm Hours of Instruction: 1h Instructor: Morgan Level: All experience levels welcome, no prerequisite Description: Are you ready for a yoga practice in the air? Combining traditional yoga asanas with aerial arts this yoga class-style workshop will lift you up (both literally and figuratively). Come for an hour practice that will include both active and passive yoga postures.
