WEEK A 90-MINUTE CLASSES: Monday-Friday

- Dynamic Sling Theory and Skills (Intermediate/Advanced) with Anastasia Timina
- Fabric FUNdamental Techniques (Intermediate) with Valerie Morris

3:00 – 4:30 PM

- Cultivating Dynamic Flow on Lyra (Intermediate/Advanced) with Ariana Papousek
