The 12th edition of Spoffin festival in Amersfoort, Netherlands, will take place during the last weekend of August 2022. The festival programme includes 27 projects from 15 countries, and a total of 100 shows. Germany is this year’s focus country. In this framework Spoffin will present 7 mostly emerging German companies in the field of outdoor arts and circus.

Professionals (festival programmers, artistic directors and journalists) are invited to visit Spoffin during the three days: 26-28 August.

Pro’s will have plenty of time to meet artists in a pleasant atmosphere. Free lunches and dinners for all registered professionals. Besides the festival programme, Spoffin offers two special meetings:

• On Saturday morning, 27 August 11:00-12:30h, there will be a roundtable discussion (in English) about transgressive behaviour in outdoor arts, in cooperation with Anadolu Üniversitesi, Türkiye. Session for artists, organisers, producers and technicians of all gender identities and backgrounds.
• On Sunday morning, 28 August 11:00-12:30h, we present the Spoffin PITCH session for exciting upcoming new outdoor arts projects from The Netherlands and international. Just 3 minutes short & sharp per pitch.
