After seven incredible years since our launch, CircusTalk is undergoing a transformation. We’re changing our name and expanding our horizons to embark on a new journey.

Introducing StageLync!

Through a strategic partnership with the renowned global entertainment media site, TheaterArtLife, we’re uniting our services under a new banner, StageLync. This move not only broadens our scope but also enhances our members’ visibility within the wider performing arts community, fostering deeper connections and opportunities.

StageLync embodies our enduring commitment to delivering outstanding service and groundbreaking solutions. While our name is changing, our core values and dedication to serving you remain steadfast. This rebrand aligns perfectly with our vision and underscores our joint venture’s expanded reach and services.

Seven years into our mission

We first set out with a mission to create an equitable platform where artists, crew, and creators could thrive. Today, our community boasts 37,000 individuals and companies working in the field. CircusTalk has evolved into a comprehensive media and career development hub, spotlighting not just circus arts but also a variety of performing arts disciplines. As the performing arts have become increasingly multidisciplinary, so too has CircusTalk’s membership diversified, with a growth in the number of dancers, singers, and actors joining our talent database.

At CircusTalk, we firmly believe in the transformative power of circus arts within the broader performing arts realm. Our vision from seven years ago -that of circus as a recognized art form driving innovation and re-imagination in the performing arts- remains as vibrant as ever.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for being an integral part of this journey. StageLync represents the next chapter, unlocking even greater opportunities on a grander stage within the performing arts arena.

By partnering with TheaterArtLife under the new brand, StageLync, we will not only engage with the industry but we will also connect with audiences worldwide. While

our audience-facing platform, will serve as an unmatched resource for audiences seeking information about shows and their creators.

StageLync: What will change?

Not too much at the beginning for you as a registered member on CircusTalk. While our logo and URL will change, our iconic yellow and black colors will remain, representing our innovative and forward-thinking spirit.

StageLync.com will host an open-to-the-public, no paywall international performing arts media site offering broader access to the world of performing arts for all.

Everything that you currently experience on CircusTalk will be accessible via StageLync Pro. You will be able to access your exact same account via pro.stagelync.com, using your current email and password. You won’t need a new account. Those who still use the circustalk.com domain will be redirected to pro.stagelync.com.

Membership levels and subscriptions

For BASIC (free) CircusTalk professional account holders, you’ll automatically transition to StageLync Pro BASIC. This level of membership ensures continued high visibility and networking opportunities within the performing arts community and directly with audiences.

You will have access to a wider array of articles spanning various disciplines within the performing arts. Additionally, we will continue to foster engaging conversations, share expertise, track industry trends, deliver breaking news from the global performing arts scene, and most importantly, showcase artists, creators, and companies to elevate their performances and strengthen their connection with audiences.

For our valued CircusTalk PRO account holders, your subscription remains unchanged. Your account will now be referred to as StageLync Pro PREMIUM, offering enhanced features including an expanded job board and curated content.

In addition to the familiar job board listings, you’ll enjoy an increased frequency of job updates, ensuring you stay informed about new opportunities. As we expand our listings to include backstage roles and other performing arts genres, rest assured that circus jobs – ingrained with our core values – will always have their dedicated section, making it effortless for you to find relevant opportunities.

Our job board features two types of listings: those directly posted by employers and those aggregated by our automated job monitor from publicly available sources. This service offers convenience and saves valuable time for our PREMIUM members, sparing them the need to google and scour multiple platforms for jobs. Through our partnerships with JamarGig, the Talent & Casting Management platform and other similar services, will funnel even more job opportunities to our PREMIUM members and allow seamless application to jobs through our integration APIs with these platforms.

While the majority of our media content will now be accessible to the public, our PREMIUM members will continue to receive exclusive benefits. This includes access to specially curated content such as our live online networking PRO Talk events. Additionally, through our partnership with TheaterArtLife, PREMIUM members can access a wealth of industry-focused courses, the entire recording of the iconic EPIC conference, and an expanding collection of valuable resources available exclusively on StageLync.

For our valued CircusTalk PRO Casting account holders, your account will now be referred to as StageLync Pro RECRUITER. While your subscription remains unchanged, you will gain access to an increasing volume and diversity of talent. Our aim is to further develop the StageLync Pro RECRUITER platform into a comprehensive talent solution system tailored for recruiting professionals in the performing arts industry.

In summary: The core experience of using StageLync Pro will remain the same as CircusTalk PRO at the beginning under a different name. With time our goal is that your experience will be even more streamlined.
